Items are handmade, there may be slight flaws. We pride ourselves on providing A1 products, however due to the handmade nature your item may have slight imperfections that are unavoidable.
All orders are final. If you receive a product and are not satisfied Boss Ladies and Babies will try to fix the issue. If you receive your item and it is damaged you have 48 hours from date received to contact our shop at megan@bossladiesandbabies.com and provide photos of the damage. We will make the determination on what the next course of action will be.
