It hasn't always been easy! We have navigated our way through figuring out technology, battling the comparison monster with other mom-based shows, maintaining an audience and working hard to always provide valuable content, and showing up every week... even when we didn't feel like it. We have gained listeners and lost some, but are proud to say that we have always stayed true to what we believe in, and have continued to use our voices and platform to do our part to better the world.
We have had so many amazing guests, and have learned so much about how to interview along the way. It's so fun to listen back and hear how we have grown and to take in all the information our guests bring to the show!
The biggest thing we have learned THIS year of podcasting is the importance of consistency and authenticity. Staying true to yourself when you have an audience can be difficult, but we try to make a point to stay consistent, do what we say we are going to do, all while continuing to be ourselves!
